Dr. Meng Nan graduated with a PhD in Microelectronics and Nanotechnology from the University of Lille in France in 2011. In 2023, he was recognized as a Class D talent (city level leading talent) in Hangzhou. During my doctoral studies, I participated in and led a research project by the French Ministry of Science and Technology titled "Research and Development of RF Electronic Devices Based on Silicon Carbide Epitaxial Growth of Graphene Thin Film Nanoribbons". In 2010, I first reported a graphene thin film field-effect transistor with a maximum oscillation frequency fmax of 30 GHz in the Journal of the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEEE), and published multiple papers in IEEE journals and conferences. After graduating with a PhD in 2011, Dr. Meng Nan joined the School of Applied Physics at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore to continue cutting-edge research in the field of graphene nanotechnology. During this time, he was invited multiple times to give oral presentations at the International Materials Research and Development Summit (MRS), Device Development Conference (DRC), and other events. Joined the School of Information and Electronic Engineering at Zhejiang University in 2013, mainly engaged in teaching and research work in microelectronics and communication, and has completed multiple inventions related to ultraviolet LED communication and remote sensing detection. Dr. Meng Nan joined Haishi Haixi in June 2025 as the Director of Research and Development, responsible for the research and development of high-precision filter membrane materials and products based on graphene, as well as the development and management of industrial application products, and completing the patent protection framework and layout of application-oriented products.
